1.Project overview

Juye Sunnsy Cement Co., Ltd. is a large cement project jointly invested and constructed by Shandong Sunnsy Cement Group Co., Ltd. and Pingyin Sunnsy Cement Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 10 million yuan and an annual output of 1 million tons of high-grade and high-quality cement. It is self-designed by Sunnsy Group Technology Center, self-organized and installed. The control system adopts the advanced DCS distributed control system. The process operation and equipment monitoring are controlled by the central control room computer, which realizes the integration of production, automation and large-scale production. Advanced level, the original fly ash and mineral powder metering uses a certain brand of spiral reamer metering equipment in Shandong. Due to hardware wear and backward metering principles, there have been long-term large metering errors, which will increase production costs and affect product quality.


2.Customer needs

The customer’s original metering equipment has a simple metering principle, a short hardware wear cycle, a large amount of maintenance, and cannot ultimately solve the problem of accuracy. This time, our company and Sunnsy Group’s headquarters signed a strategic cooperation agreement for the transformation of the slag powder metering system. The owner’s application for the transformation plan uses our company’s Coriolis slag powder metering system. The system has advanced metering principles, good stability, high accuracy, and subsequent maintenance, the maintenance amount is small.


3.Modification plan

After actually surveying and mapping the size of the available space on site, in view of the high on-site space, the bottom of the slio is far away from the feed inlet of the elevator. In order to meet the needs of the site, a non-standard steady flow feeding equipment is specially designed, and the design is reasonable. The chute transmission line solves the problem of space layout, as shown in the figure:




4. Analysis and Conclusion

Our Coriolis slag powder metering system can be applied to all new construction and transformation occasions. On the premise of achieving the ideal use effect after the transformation, the transformation plan is provided according to the actual situation of the site, including the layout plan of the hardware equipment and reasonable process improvement suggestions.
