1.Project Introduction

Siam City Vietnam is a well-known cement group company in Vietnam, which belongs to the INSEE Cement Group and has several cement plants in Vietnam. In this project, one of Siam City's factories needed pneumatic flow valves and pneumatic switch valves. Based on the excellent cooperative relationship between the two parties, in 2019 and 2020, the two parties signed a cooperation agreement for pneumatic Switch valves and pneumatic flow valves.


2.Customer’s Requirement

Customer needs pneumatic switch valves and pneumatic flow valves at the bottom of the cement silo to ensure a 250t/h output. We have provided them with B300 and B400 valve solutions.


3.Application

After signing an agreement with the customer, our company actively communicates the technical plan, the size of the interface flange and the brand and model of the pneumatic actuator with the customer. After completing the determination of the technical plan, we immediately implement the production and delivery procedures.


4. Analysis and Summary

Usage status:

(1)After the productions arrived at the factory, the customer quickly completed the valve installation according to the instructions provided by our company.

(2)Since it was put into operation, the valve has been operating well, fulfill customer expectations.
