1.Project Introduction
Vietnam VISSAI Cement Plant is a well-known cement company in Vietnam. Our company has provided steel belt elevators for it many times in history, and has a good reputation in the plant. The VISSAI Plant requires a bucket elevator for the clinker silo of a certain line. In 2020, based on customers' understanding and trust of our products, VISSAI Cement Plant use our ‘Portland’ brand high-quality high-speed plate chain elevator for the vertical conveying of clinker.
2.Customer's Needs
The customer's newly built production line requires a bucket elevator for the vertical conveying of clinker in the clinker silo. The density of the material is 1.45m³/t, the maximum conveying capacity is 1200t/h, and the conveying height is 35m.
3.Specific Plan
According to the needs of customers, our company provides customers with the NSE900 high-speed plate chain elevator, and actively communicates with customers on technology and equipment layout issues. We cooperate with the partner designated by the customer to complete the product quality inspection, and finally deliver the goods to the customer's factory location accurately.
4.Analysis and Conclusion
Use Situation：
（1）After the products arrived at the site, the customer quickly completed the installation of the elevator, sprocket, chain and hopper according to the instructions provided by our company and our online guidance service.
（2）Since it was put into operation, the elevator has been running well, meeting customer needs.
