1、Project Overview
The flue gas desulfurization and denitrification technical transformation project of Shandong Rizhao Steel Co., Ltd. is located in Lanshan District, Rizhao City. After installation and adjustment, the elevator start to run in May 2020.
2、Equipment Selection Requirements
Quantity: 4（There is 2 elevators in each side.）
The distance between inlet and outlet：22 meters
material：Hydrated lime powder density: 0.6~0.8t/m3
Required continuous working time ：≥8600 hours/year
Material temperature：≤120℃
Material moisture：≤5％
Equipment operational rate ：＞99％
Conditions of Use ：outdoor 、fixed quantity
Capacity：150m3/h
steel plate thickness ：≥ 4 mm, Satisfy equipment stability.
Axis height error ：±2mm
Sealing condition ：Fully sealed

4、The use situation of the elevator
（1） Meet the output requirement：The actual transport volume
exceeds the design requirement of 150m3/h.
（2） High operating rate：Since it start running in May 2020, it
keep running synchronously with the whole system, all
components are running well, and their service life meets the design requirements.
（3）Low maintenance ：The daily maintenance work of the equipment is only the regular inspection of the key points such as the joints, and the regular lubrication of the lubricating parts, the workload is relatively small.
（4）Environmentally friendly：During the operation of the equipment, the noise is low and the energy consumption is low. In addition, The elevator is integrally sealed, and the inside of the elevator is kept at a slight negative pressure,so the environment is very tidy.
